- Meet sales budget and profit agreed with manager.
- Searching, building up and develop new customers, identify the business opportunities.
- Providing solutions proposals and technical support to customers.
- Building up the sales strategies / business plan to approach assigned markets effectively in order to make sure the sales target achievement.
- Report directly to manager by weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly sales activities & progress on time.
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Experience: 1 year experience or above in relevant position in industrial field.
- Computer skills: Good at MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point), Email, Internet
- Language: English / Chinese / Korea / Japanese
- Confident, Persuasive, Committed & Passionate in B2B sales.
- Can work under high pressure, self-motivated and aggressive.
- Good logical mindset, problem solving
- Competencies: Work hard, high sense of responsibility, teamwork, time management skills, keen to learn, good communication skills.
- Final income: Basic salary + Commission (No Limited, up to actual performance)
- Insurances regulated by Vietnam Labor Law
