In unlikely event that your order is lost in shipping, TH Vina will work with the shipper to provide tracking service.

• For Vietnam region (domestic), the DDP terms or DAP terms will be used, depending on the type of your company. If DAP terms used, we may add the additional cost for customs clearance.
• For international exporting, FOB (Noi Bai airport or Haiphong sea port) terms is our standard.

Orders shipped by Viettel Post (or UPS / Fedex / DHL in some cases) are trackable orders. At the end of the day on which your order ships, you will receive an email from TH Vina including confirmation of the order shipment and your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. TH Vina must have a valid email address on file for this notification to be sent.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all cartons immediately for damaged or missing products before signing for the merchandise. Any packages received in damaged condition should be refused and/or noted at the time of receipt. The customer assumes all risk of products lost or damaged in transit and likewise, assumes responsibility for filing a claim with the carrier. Any damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt (any delays in reporting damage will prevent the carrier from accepting responsibility for damage and you will then be held responsible for the merchandise). TH Vina will assist you in any way we can to help with your claim to the carrier.
